Street Dance/Freestyle
Street Dance is a mixture of various dance styles such as Hip 
Hop, Freestyle and Modern Pop Styles. It has become a very popular style with artists such as Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue and Nelly Fertardo to name but a few all opting for this style of dance, which is why it is a main part of youth culture today. It's energetic and fast structure is a great way to develop skills and create your own movements and improvisations within the technique which helps expand the pupils knowledge of choreography as well as confidence in trying out new ideas. IDTA Freestyle examinations are available for those who wish to participate.
Breakdance
Breakdance, breaking, b-boying or b-girling is a street dance style that evolved as part of the hip hop movement. It is normally danced to hip hop, funk and pop music. Breakdancing involves Toprock (moves standing up), Downrock (moves on the ground), and Freezes (pauses in movement).
Musical Theatre
Musical theatre is a combination of music, songs, dance and drama. Some famous musicals include Wicked, The Wizard Of Oz, Grease, High School Musical and many more. This is a great session for those who love every aspect of theatre, and enjoy working towards performances for friends and family.
Salsa/Latin Aerobics 
Salsa is a partner dance as well, as using recognized solo steps and some forms are danced in groups of couples. It is not compulsory to attend the session with a partner. This is a great class to make friends whilst interacting with others whilst dancing. Our sessions also incorporate Latin dance. Latin dance typically includes dances originating in Latin America and the Caribbean, the same as Salsa using movements such as Cha Cha cha, Ramba and the Samba.
Tap is a great way of being a performer and a musician at the same time. This lively, rhythmic style of dance is fun and creative and can be performed to different types of music. Ultimate Dance NRG offers fun classes which are not syllabus based for those who just enjoy the movement, as well as ISTD syllabus classes where you can work through the grades of Tap. (examination is not compulsory)
Modern
Modern is a technical style of dance, along with Ballet, focusing on dynamic changes of movement. Even though modern has is influenced from ballet, it is fun and a good core subject to demonstrate expressive movement. These classes follow the IDTA syllabus, where participants can work through the grades. (examination is not compulsory)
Ballet
Ballet is a good foundation for all classes in the performing arts. The style helps to focus on posture whilst developing your tehnique using graceful movements, that incorporate mime and acting.
